Visual Stream Assessment of Loves Creek in Siler City, NC
As part of the Loves Creek 319 project, Karen Hall and I will be conducting a visual stream assessment of Loves Creek. We got started in March 2016.
The first step was to select an assessment protocol. We choose to use the NRCS Stream Visual Assessment Protocol . We began our assessment along the Loves Creek Trail which gave us easy assess to the creek while we calibrated our assessment parameters.
